Delivered previous performance as 2014 student that prompted invitation to lead 3-day classes and three 2-day advanced classes as well as one intense formula car race weekend.

2015 INSTRUCTOR Nexgeneracers Youth Caring Program, Ind
Served as mentor and coach to kids between 10 and 16 years old attending program that ranged from teaching academics of the sport to coaching on-track and assisting with resolving personal issues primarily on summer weekends.

Acquired Part-Time position on team of four at unique home-town company repairing exotic and high end vintage cars. Functions ranged from picking up cars and parts to assisting mechanics.

2012-2013 COORDINATOR Arlen Construction, Chicago Illinois
Provided support to teams of between 4-12 workers completing approximately 15 commercial and 20 residential projects. Specific responsibilities included completing the building process, painting and assembling furniture. Obtained trust of company owner, which lead to serving as crew leader in manager’s absence.
